ATM Questions

Where can I find an ATM that will not charge me a fee?

How many ATM transactions am I allowed?

There is no limit to the number of ATM transactions you can perform. There is a daily withdrawal limit of $505 per card.

Why is the Allpoint ATM saying that I will be charged a fee?

Due to technical limitations, some machines may state onscreen that you will be charged a surcharge fee. If the ATM is listed on our ATM locator or there is a green Allpoint logo on the ATM, however, you will not be charged. Simply agree to the fee onscreen and then review your transaction receipt to confirm that you were not assessed the fee.

If you were charged for the surcharge fee in error, please call us at (907) 563-4567 or (800) 525-9094 to request the fee be refunded.

I used an Alaska USA or Allpoint Network ATM but I was charged a fee. How can I get that fee refunded?

We are sorry to hear you were assessed a fee while using an approved ATM. To request a refund, please call us at (907) 563-4567 or (800) 525-9094. Helpful Hint: Some members think they were charged a fee when, in fact, they were not. This is because some AllPoint Network ATMs have a technical limitation that forces the "surcharge message" screen to display regardless of Alaska USA’s participation in the AllPoint Network. To verify if you were charged a fee, simply review the ATM transaction receipt or your account history in UltraBranch.

How do I report that an Alaska USA or Allpoint machine is not working or is damaged?

To report that a machine is not working, please email memberservice@alaskausa.org or call us at (907) 563-4567 or (800) 525-9094.

How can I tell if this ATM participates in the Allpoint Network?

What are ATM preferences and how can I setup or change my preferences?

Establishing ATM preferences is easy! After swiping your card and entering your PIN, select "ATM Preferences" and complete the onscreen prompts.

Why are my ATM preferences no longer working?

ATM preferences are specific to the card used to establish the preferences. If you are using a new or replacement card, you will need to re-establish your preferences.
