What is Card Security?
Card Security offers an easy and convenient way to turn your debit and credit card on or off in the event it has been misplaced.
How does it work?
You can access Card Security in one of two ways:
- Login to your account using the Alaska USA app and click the Card Security icon, or
- Login to your account online and click the Card Security link.
Once you have accessed the Card Security page on the App or online, simply click the on/off button to turn your card on or off.
Will recurring transfers continue, even if my card is turned off?
Absolutely! Any automatic payments or pending transaction made before the card was turned off will continue as normal.
What should I do if I can’t find my card?
Visit any branch, or call the Member Service Center at 800-525-9094 to report your card missing, and request a new card.
